Whether you’re Ready to begin, or have questions, take the next step.

Schedule a Consultation

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel significant, especially when you have been carrying something difficult for a long time. Whether you are seeking trauma therapy, EMDR, couples therapy, or a more focused Accelerated Therapy Intensive, a consultation is a place to begin with clarity.

This conversation gives us the opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether my approach feels like the right fit for your needs. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, are in immediate danger, or are concerned about your safety, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Submitting a consultation request or contact form does not establish a therapist-client relationship. Information shared through this page should remain limited to general scheduling or consultation inquiries.

What to Expect From a Consultation

A consultation is a brief opportunity to share the concerns that are bringing you to therapy and ask questions about how we might work together.

We may discuss the goals you have for therapy, whether weekly sessions or Accelerated Therapy may be the best fit, and what kind of support feels most important right now. You are welcome to ask about my approach, availability, fees, or the therapy process before deciding whether you would like to move forward.

This is not a full therapy session, and there is no pressure to make a decision immediately. The goal is simply to help you determine whether this feels like the right next step.
